Producer Suresh Babu gets relief from the court:
Noted producer, Film Chamber president D.Suresh Babu got relief from High Court. High Court stayed the interim orders of city civil court which prevented him from taking charge as Film Chamber president.
Distributor Murali Mohan approached City Civil Court earlier seeking stay on his election saying Suresh babu had many debts to film chamber and he cannot contest Film Chamber elections but he contested and even became its president.
City Civil Court heard the petition and issued orders staying Suresh Babu's election. Film Chamber and Suresh Babu approached High Court separately and High court justice Gunda Chandraiah after hearing the petition said it is not right to prevent a person duly elected to take charge of his duties.
