Film Industry Churns Out Cricketers Biopics:
Cricket and Cinema are to biggest passions in the country. We have seen several films about Cricket and they were well received by audience. For a change, film industry is going to churn out biopics of the Great Indian Cricketers. We have three of them lined up for release very soon.
Three biopic films on cricketers Mohd Azharuddin, Sachin and Dhoni are being made with the titles ‘Azhar’, ‘Sachin: Billion Dreams’ and ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' respectively. We have already seen trailer of all the three films and were greeted to great response. ‘Azhar’ film will be the first to release on 13th, May.
Dhoni: The Untold Story is being planned for 2nd September release and the release date for Sachin movie is yet to be declared. It is a rare instance that three films on the lives of three great cricketers are coming up in one year. We will have to see which will create more impact on the audience.
