Murugadoss Akhira is adaptation of Tamil film:
Ace director AR Murugadoss who made his B’ town debut with super hit film ‘Ghajini’ has proved himself once again with his second film ‘Holiday’ which was the re-make of his Tamil film ‘Thupakki’. Now the director is coming up with his third bollywood film titled ‘Akira’.
The film starring Sonakshi Sinha in the lead is said to be the Hindi adaptation of the critically acclaimed Tamil movie ‘Mouna Guru’ (2011). The film release date was announced officially as September, 23rd and Murugadoss is wrapping up things accordingly. AR Murugadoss and Fox Star India jointly produced this film for which RD Rajasekar cranked the camera.
