Nag, PVP Giving Oopiri To Akhil
Handsome Akkineni young hero Akhil Akkineni made a forgettable debut with the disastrous Akhil. This VV Vinayak directed film made Akhil and his father Nagarjuna more cautious about his second film and the father-son duo didn't show any urgency in signing a new project without a solid script in hand.
Thanks to the unanimous success of his last film Oopiri, Nagarjuna is a relieved man and he has immense trust on the film's director Vamshi Paidipally and buzz is that Nag gave Vamshi the responsibility to direct Akhil's second film and an official announcement will be made soon.
And the surprising entry into Akhil's second project is the PVP Cinema banner. Latest buzz is that Nag and PVP Cinema will jointly produce Akhil's second film in Vamshi's direction, making it an Oopiri combination yet again. If the inside talk is to be believed, Akhil's second film will be a remake of the hit Bollywood flick Ye Jawani Hai Deewani.
